Metropolitan Opera returns for 9/11 tribute

NEW YORK (WABC) — The Metropolitan Opera is returning to an indoor efficiency to mark the twentieth anniversary of 9/11.

The corporate is planning a particular efficiency of Verdi’s Requiem.

The live performance marks the primary efficiency within the Metropolitan Opera Home for the reason that pandemic closure in March 2020.

5-hundred free tickets are being put aside for the households of victims.

The remaining tickets for the general public will price $25.

Viewers members should be vaccinated and masks are required.

The Met beforehand introduced it might resume indoor performances on Sept. 27.
