Thulani Nandos Cele appeared in courtroom to face the costs for the homicide of 21-year-old Anele Bhengu, a member of the native LGBTQI+ neighborhood. Bhengu, a lesbian, was repeatedly stabbed and her physique was dumped in a ditch in a suspected hate crime.
